As studies and technologies in fire prevention advance, the chances of reducing losses increase. From this perspective, the focus on providing fire prevention methods as an ideal solution to protect lives and property has gained attention.
The “Salama” initiative is one of the initiatives launched by Al Nafud Fire Retardant Lining Materials Company for Fire-Resistant Materials to provide effective preventive solutions using the material Inspecta Shield, which complements traditional safety materials like fire extinguishers, water sprinklers, alarms, etc.

Definitions

• Website: Refers to the electronic platform managed by Al Nafud Company fire prevention services.
• Service: All features provided through the website requesting surface treatment services using Inspecta Shield.
• User: Any individual or entity that uses the website to benefit from its services.

Specifications of Inspecta Shield

Features:

  • Approved by official bodies such as the Civil Defense in Dubai, UAE safety laboratories, and U.S. safety labs.
  • Withstands temperatures up to 1400°C without affecting the surface’s nature.
  • Does not corrode metals or affect fabrics or colors after treatment.
• Uses:
  • The material is used to treat flammable items such as:

1. Curtains
2. Carpets
3. Mattresses
4. Sofas
5. Wooden materials (before polishing)
6. Closets
7. Any other flammable items.

• Special Notice:
  • Avoid using chemicals like bleach on treated items, as this may affect the material’s effectiveness.

Terms and Conditions for Using the Website

1. Registration and Use
   • The user must provide accurate and complete information when registering in the app.
   • The app should only be used for authorized purposes, in compliance with local laws of the UAE.
   • Services provided through the app are subject to the availability of materials and prior approval from the competent authorities.
2. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

   • User data will not be shared with any third party except with prior consent or upon request from government authorities.
3. Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
   • The service is non-refundable and non-exchangeable: Due to the nature of the service (e.g., surface treatment with Inspecta Shield ), the service is non-refundable once provided.
   • The client is responsible for ensuring the site or items to be treated are ready before the service begins.
   • If the client wishes to cancel the request before the service is provided, they must notify the company at least 7 days before the service is delivered.
4. Client Obligations
   • The client must provide all accurate data when registering or requesting a service, including:
     1. The exact location of the home or establishment where the material will be used.
     2. A detailed description of the area to be treated with Inspecta Shield.
   • The client must notify the company of any changes in their personal data within a week of the change.
   • If any treated item is replaced, damaged, or altered without prior notice to the company, the client will be held fully responsible for any legal and financial consequences, including potential damage to safety, property, or legal violations that may arise.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
   • The company is not responsible for any damages resulting from incorrect use of the website or the material.
   • Any negative effects on treated items caused by using chemicals not specified in the instructions are outside the company’s responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
   • All intellectual property rights related to the website and the material provided by the company and its content are owned by AL Nafud Company. No part of the website may be reused or copied without prior written permission.
7. Modifications
   • The company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of the changes via the website or email.
